KOCHI:

ATHIRAPALLY :

This waterfall is a marvelous cascade of frothy waters that makes its way from the Anamudi mountains of the Western Ghats.This 80 ft. high and 330 ft.wide marvel is the largest waterfall in Kerela and often referred to as ‘ NIAGARA FALLS of INDIA”. The Athirapally falls flows throught the verdant greenery of Vazhachal forest towards the Arabian sea, crating a spectacular vista of scintillating water, emrald jungles and azure skies.

MUNNAR: GREEN CAPPED

Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. Perched at an elevation of 1600 m above the sea level, Munnar holds the secret of producing India's best tea and spices. Enchanting hills of Munnar holds the spellbinding effect of a lush and peaceful environment around. This must visit place Munnar was once the tiny retreat of the English people who ruled in South India. And also this hill station has a legacy of its own when it comes to the origin of tea.
Feel the nature charisma at ERAVIKULAM NATIONAL PARK. A unique place where the natural scenic beauty meets adventure…..The famous echo point,Mattupetty Dam, Tea museums ,Kundala lake, Attukad waterfalls. Throughout the sightseeing the different hues of greenery can be observed as the clouds roll down to embrace. It is also a popular place for Indiam=n honeymooners.

THEKKADY: EPIC

Thekkady is one of the world’s most fascinating wild life reserves, the Periyar wild life sanctuary spread across 777 Sq. KM. of which 360 Sq. km dense green forest. The most attractive feature of Thekkady i.e. Periyar Tiger reserve. Eco tourism forms an integral part of the Periyar sanctuary. Double decker boating is the key activity to observe the ambience around. Spice plantation are the most common sight .

ALLEPEY:

It is best known for the houseboat cruise among the rustic Kerela backwaters . Bordering the Laccadive sea it is known for its wide network of interlinking palm fringed canals called backwaters and rejuvenating AYURVEDIC resorts. The beauty of the beach is further amplified by an ancient lighthouse and dense palm groves. The city’s Mullakai Temple is rich in tradition and worth the watch.

JATAYU: INCREDIBLE

Jatayu nature park is or Jatayu rock is located in Kollam district. It stands at an altitude of 350 m the seal level.It houses a gigantic sculpture of the mythical bird called JATAYU depicting glimpses of the RAMAYANA. It stands 70 ft. tall, 200 ft. long & 150 ft. broad . Explore the innards of the sculpyure through the entrance that opens beneath one of its wings. Nature around it is a green haven with beautiful landscapes . there is also a museum and a multi dimensional theatre that will screen an animated movie featuring the epic battle between Ravana and Jatayu. This is the biggest bired sculpture in the world.

KUMARKOM: BEAUTY in every inch….

A vibrant backwater hamlet, Kumarakom is perched on the western banks of the Vembanadu Lake - a stretch of backwater spread over 900 sq. kms. The hamlet clings to tradition and the local population prefers to live adhering to their old ways. Yet every modern amenity is available with a flavor of tradition and culture interwoven in to the fabric of everyday life and is truly fascinating to observe as you glide past them in your canoe, motor boat or houseboat a perfect example of give and take with mother nature…………naturally.
