Qutub Minar is a towering 73 meter high tower built in the year 1193. This tower was built to celeberate Muslim dominance in Delhi. It has five stories and projecting balconies.Verses from the Holy Quran and some complex carvings and floral motifs are inscribed on the walls of the tower.

A memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi in Delhi. It is situated in the banks of river Yamuna.The black marble platform was built right at the spot of cremation on 31st January 1948.
